What we do in this class:
1-hour coached CrossFit class (All levels welcome – after the Intro cycle):
Each session starts with a warm-up to get you moving and ready for the workout ahead. Your coach will then guide you through a skill or strength segment, focusing on building good technique and helping you improve over time. The highlight of the class is the Workout of the Day (WOD) — a fun, high-energy mix of functional movements like lifting, running, jumping, or bodyweight exercises. We wrap up with a cool-down and some mobility work to help you recover and feel great after. Every class is fully coached and adapted to your level, so you can train at your pace while still challenging yourself.
