Claymore CrossFit Affiliate Owner/Director
I have been coaching since 2003 through different sports and training methodologies. My passion is to develop a community of like-minded people who motivate and encourage each other to progress in their fitness and overall health. I love coaching sport and fitness but my passion for CrossFit comes from the supportive network of people and the feeling of inclusiveness.

I started my CrossFit journey in 2007 with my husband and got all my family into it since then. My mum, sister, my kids and everyone around me because I believe it’s the best life philosophy there is. After successfully growing my community in Switzerland with 3 CrossFit affiliated boxes we passed them on to amazing people and moved to beautiful Scotland and joined the Claymore family.
I believe that to live a long, healthy and happy life you have to work on all aspects of it such as nutrition, community, purpose and movement. Therefore my objective is to keep learning about all these aspects and to bring the best of it to the people around me.
My passion is to work with people and help them become the best version of themselves.
CrossFit Coach
My background in sports starts at the age of 5 when I started to swim. Although I carried on for many years, over time my attention and love shifted towards basketball, where I can proudly say I reached national professional level in Italian B league.
After a bad shoulder injury I sadly had to progressively abandone basketball. But on the bright side I discovered strength and conditioning! Rehab and S&C helped me so much that I decided to make it my career. So after a Honours degree and a master, I am now the S&C coach at BASE, coaching Netball, Rugby, Hockey and football players.
And now of course let’s talk about CrossFit. At the start, it was a bit daunting. But once I found out the amazing community that is behind the scenes of a WOD I just can’t have enough! After 8 years it still keeps me on my toes, presenting new challenges and learning opportunities. Coaching PTing and taking part in CrossFit is an honour and the best fun for me!

For me, as a coach, it’s not about me; it’s all about you.
Each time you enter Claymore my aim is that you feel welcome and at home. Each time you learn something new about yourself, new for yourself and new about the community.
As your coach, I am compassionate and yet, at times, unreasonable. I will challenge you to be your best. You have so much left to discover!
CrossFit Coach
With a real passion for sport, health and fitness. From the age of 8 I have been a keen rugby player and have tried my hand at many other sports too. Having progressed through the age grades in rugby, competed in weightlifting and completed an Ironman 70.3, I have a lot of experience with a range of training methodologies, however I always come back to CrossFit as I view it as the most fun and attainable due to the programmes varied structure.
CrossFit Level 1 Coach
I’m a Canadian living the Scottish life. I started CrossFit in Canada in March 2021, one week before the CrossFit Open. I was roped into participating in the Open that year, even though I felt super unprepared, but I am so glad that I did it! I had never met a more welcoming, hard-working, and down-to-earth group of individuals and I immediately felt like I had found my people.
18 months later, I moved to Scotland, and my first priority was to find a CrossFit box. Luckily for me, Claymore CrossFit was just around the corner! I joined as a member, and a year later I became a coach. I can honestly say that it was the best thing I have ever done. It is such a gift to be able to spend my days helping our members improve their lives and achieve greatness. There is no better feeling than seeing someone improve, hit a PB, or get their first muscle up. It’s an absolute honour to get to say I had a small part in it.
I absolutely love being a part of the Claymore family, and look forward to watching the community grow and excel!
