Claymore CrossFit Affiliate Owner/Director
I’ve been coaching since 2003 across a variety of sports and training methodologies. My passion lies in building a community of like-minded individuals who inspire and support one another in their fitness journeys and overall health. While I love coaching sport and fitness in general, my true passion for CrossFit comes from its strong sense of community and the inclusive, supportive environment it creates.

I started CrossFit in 2007 with my husband and soon brought my whole family into it — from my mum and sister to my kids — because I truly believe in it as a way of life. After building a strong CrossFit community in Switzerland with three affiliate gyms, we passed them on to amazing people and moved to beautiful Scotland, where we joined the Claymore family.
I’m passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves through movement, nutrition, connection, and purpose — and I’m always learning so I can bring the best to those around me.
CrossFit Level 1 Coach
I’m a Canadian now living the Scottish life. I started CrossFit in March 2021 — just a week before the Open — and was talked into signing up despite feeling totally unprepared. I’m so glad I did. I’d never met a more welcoming, hard-working, and down-to-earth community, and I instantly knew I’d found my people.
Eighteen months later, I moved to Scotland and quickly found Claymore CrossFit right around the corner. I joined as a member and, a year later, became a coach — hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. Helping others improve, hit PBs, or get their first muscle-up is incredibly rewarding, and it’s an honour to be even a small part of their journey.
I love being part of the Claymore family and can’t wait to see our community continue to grow and thrive.
CrossFit Coach
My sports journey began with swimming at age 5, but over time my focus shifted to basketball, where I proudly reached the national professional level in Italy’s B League. After a serious shoulder injury forced me to step away from the sport, I discovered strength and conditioning through rehab — and it changed everything.
That experience inspired me to make S&C my career. With an Honours degree and a Master’s, I now work as an S&C coach at BASE, training athletes in netball, rugby, hockey, and football.
As for CrossFit — I’ll admit, it felt daunting at first. But once I discovered the community behind the WODs, I was hooked. Eight years on, it still challenges and excites me every day. Coaching, PTing, and training in CrossFit is not only a privilege — it’s the most fun I’ve ever had.

For me, as a coach, it’s not about me; it’s all about you.
Each time you enter Claymore my aim is that you feel welcome and at home. Each time you learn something new about yourself, new for yourself and new about the community.
As your coach, I am compassionate and yet, at times, unreasonable. I will challenge you to be your best. You have so much left to discover!
CrossFit Coach
My path into fitness and coaching began after my own significant weight loss journey, achieved through diet and exercise. Following a running injury, I discovered kettlebells during rehab — and that’s where my passion for strength and conditioning truly began.
I believe movement is medicine, and that we can heal and empower ourselves through exercise, nutrition, and consistency. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching people grow through movement, challenge themselves, and invest in their future selves.
