What we do in this class:
This is the ideal way to begin your CrossFit journey. Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn the core movements we use in our daily workouts and gradually build up your intensity and confidence.
The course runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 PM, including 12 foundational classes, followed by 2 weeks of integration into regular classes.
Only £125 — limited to 10 participants per cycle, with a new group starting each month.
