👏 Duncan’s Transformation: Strength, Discipline & Results 💪

 

It’s time to introduce last year’s standout Nutrition Challenge participants — Duncan — whose results speak for themselves.

Duncan joined Claymore CrossFit in March 2025 alongside his wife, Jane. When he started, he was dealing with reduced mobility in both his knee (following injury and surgery) and his shoulders. After completing private introduction sessions, Duncan and Jane integrated into regular classes and committed themselves fully to rebuilding their strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

They trained consistently. They stayed patient. They trusted the process.

After several months of steady progress, Duncan set his sights on a bigger goal: competing at the Scottish National Masters 200m race in February. To support that performance goal, he joined our Nutrition Challenge with clear intent and measurable targets.

With Jane having already completed the challenge earlier that year, Duncan had strong support at home — and that accountability made a difference.

Over six focused weeks, working closely with Coach Olga and the group, Duncan achieved outstanding results:

  • +1.6kg muscle mass
  • –1.8kg body fat
  • –2% body fat percentage
  • –1 unit visceral fat

All in just six weeks.

But beyond the numbers, the real success was this: Duncan stepped onto the track at the Scottish Nationals and delivered an incredible performance, finishing 4th against international competition.
