In the afternoon we did the Olympic Weightlifting Total with Snatch and Clean and Jerk. It was such a great day with great achievements, some first time competing members and a a lot of personal bests. All of it in an amazing friendly atmosphere amongst the best community.Thank you to our volunteers who’s helped all day and made the event run smoothly.
